Complete instructions are provided. Makes 4 gallons. The instructions with the extracts call for mixing sugar, water, and extract, then bottling. The yeast then creates CO2 for carbonation. This is the same procedure as in bottling beer. Another method is to use a draft system and force carbonate. With this method, no yeast is necessary therefore there is no sediment. If you already make beer, you have all the equipment you need.
